The Center adopts the following principles and values in preparing and implementing various programs and interventions:

Accessibility

We seek to reach the largest segment of our Palestinian society, and provide services and all capabilities within a professional, ethical and scientific framework that meets individual and societal needs.

Accountability

Community center is characterized by the ability to take responsibility and monitor it transparently through a measurable and evaluable plan to complete the journey with clear progress.

Communication

We work with others in Palestine and abroad to achieve our global humanitarian goals. We communicate with partners to build concepts of work, humanitarian values, and principles of social service. We build bridges of trust, future horizons, and shared visions.

Collaboration and interaction

We cooperate with others and the local community, with its institutions and individuals, in order to achieve positive, participatory and interactive results and to achieve the desired goals. We develop work, tools and mechanisms in planning and evaluation and always stand on the challenges and available opportunities based on the principle that together we can.

Participation

We believe that community justice and improving psychological, social and economic conditions come through developing and empowering marginalized groups that suffer from violence, war and poverty, and the community component, improving reality and being partners in construction and decision-making to improve conditions and the environment.

Sustainability

One of the fundamentals that we rely on in our work and programs is ensuring the sustainability of interventions and the continuity of community partnerships that participate in building and making decisions.
