Fruit Dreams

Bethlehem – Community Center for Training and Development
Fruit Dreams is a film that adopted a political discussion style in a comedic framework that included many shoppers in one of the stores.
The beginning of the film Fruity Dreams is “A Palestinian family shopping in a supermarket, the little girl chooses Israeli ice cream, causing a controversy in the small family that quickly turns into a political discussion in a comedic framework that includes many shoppers.” Which reflected the state of controversy among the shoppers, which is an expression of the state of controversy in the Palestinian street between supporters and opponents of the issue of boycotting Israeli goods.
The film indicates that there is an important comparison between foreign supporters of boycotting Israeli goods and their actions in their countries in working on the boycott and the Palestinian-Palestinian disagreement on the issue of the boycott, as there is an opinion that has emerged indicating the futility of the boycott in its impact on the Israeli economy. Among the voices appeared the mother who indicated that the issue is a principle within the framework of resisting the occupation as a form of popular resistance.
